The Vol. 21 Num. 1 issue is now available

In this edition, we are presenting seven original contributions related to data science and engineering, text mining, deep learning, business process management, and medical instrumentation. 23 different authors from 14 different Universities of Argentina, Australia, France, Mexico, Turkey, and Venezuela were involved. Besides, this issue also includes one Ph.D. thesis overview.
