Updated template

The JCS&T has updated its template. Now, the new version:

- includes information about how to include your ORCID in the article;

- separates the section "Funding" is separated from "Acknowledgements"; and

- includes a new section, namely "Authors' contribution", to clarify authors' contribution to each article.
