ABOUT THIS ISSUE

Once again, we are glad to end another year of work in our Journal. This last Regular Issue of 2009 (Vol. 9, No. 2, October 2009) includes papers, a thesis overview, and a book review from countries such as Argentina, Egypt, India, México, Nigeria, and P. R. China. We thank reviewers and authors for their support in this specific number.

We include in this number a Special Track on Special Track on Wireless and Mobile Networks, organized by prof. J. Díaz and Prof. L. Marrone. Prof. Díaz and Prof. Marrone have made an excellent work in receiving, evaluating and improving the quality of the papers included in our Journal with their continuous work since many years ago, not only for this Number and Special Track.

As always, we encourage to submit papers, thesis overviews and books reviews to prospective authors.
