Author Guidelines



The papers should be submitted electronically through Conference Management System in PDF format. The submitted papers must be original. Do not submit a reworked version of a paper you have submitted or published elsewhere. Do not publish “preliminary” data or results. The submitting author is responsible for obtaining agreement of all coauthors and any consent required from sponsors before submitting a paper. The authors must cite relevant prior work.

Paper layout

The journal offers templates for articles in Word and LaTeX format that include the guidelines. A template for Book Reviews and Thesis Overviews is also available (Word). Please use each document as both an instruction guide and as a template into which you can type your own text.


Evaluation process

Once a manuscript is submitted for publication, the manuscript is checked by the journal’s editorial team to ensure that it is suitable to go through regular peer review process. After that, the manuscript is assigned to an Editor according to relevant expertise. If the Editor considers that the manuscript may not be of sufficient quality to go through the regular peer review process, or that the manuscript is off-topic according to the journal’s scope, the manuscript shall be rejected with no further processing.

When the manuscript passes editorial screening, the Editor sends the paper to at least 2 experts for peer-review. Reviewers can be Editorial Board members or external reviewers. The peer review process is single blinded and reviewers are assigned ensuring that no conflict of interests exists between authors and them.

Each reviewer provides a set of comments and recommends whether a paper will be:

  • Accepted
  • Accepted subject to change
  • Accepted subject to resubmission with significant changes
  • Rejected

Rejected papers will not be re-considered. When the paper is resubmitted, the same reviewers will be employed to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable. The Editor is responsible for the final decision on a paper. Accepted papers will appear online followed by printed hard copy.


Anti-plagiarism Policy

This journal is intended to publish high-quality articles which have originality and novelty in content. A manuscript submitted to the journal will undergo a screening process for originality in its content. If the manuscript passes this process, then it will be further sent to evaluation. Otherwise the manuscript will be rejected at the first level. Reviewers are asked to verify originality too. If plagiarism is detected, they must report it to the corresponding Editor. Finally, the authors who indulge in plagiarism or malpractice could be blacklisted.


Article Processing Charges

There are no article processing charges for article evaluation or publication.


Copyright and Licensing

Articles accepted for publication will be licensed under the Creative Commons BY-NC. Authors must sign a non-exclusive distribution agreement after article acceptance.
