Paper layout

The journal offers templates for articles in Word and LaTeX format that include the guidelines. A template for Book Reviews and Thesis Overviews is also available (Word). Please use each document as both an instruction guide and as a template into which you can type your own text.

Evaluation process

New submissions are assigned to an Editor according to relevant expertise. The Editor sends the paper to at least 2 experts for peer-review. Each reviewer provides a set of comments and recommends whether a paper will be:

  • Accepted
  • Accepted subject to change
  • Accepted subject to resubmission with significant changes
  • Rejected

Rejected papers will not be re-considered. When the paper is resubmitted, the same reviewers will be employed to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable. The Editor is responsible for the final decision on a paper. Accepted papers will appear online followed by printed hard copy.

Article Processing Charges

There are no article processing charges for article evaluation or publication.
